Welcome to Gulfstream Villas. This website is designed to keep Gulfstream Villas Owners Association members informed of the activities of the board and describe improvement and changes to the property. It also provides access to documents important to home owners.
A Brief History of Gulfstream Villas
Construction of the 1772 Gulfstream Ave. town homes were completed in 1978 and by 1980 the 1771 side was finished. The Gulfstream Villas Owners Association was incorporated on August 2, 1978.
There are nine buildings for a total of 36 units. There is also a pool and pool house with bathrooms and an outside shower. Most of the units are 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms, but some of the end units have 2 bedrooms plus an upstairs den. The living area ranges from 1,241 SF to 1,394 SF.
Gulfstream Villas is located approximately three blocks from the Atlantic Ocean in the city of Fort Pierce, FL. on Hutchinson Island which is known locally as South Beach.

We now have a Community Bulletin Board at the pool in the ladies breezeway.
People can use it if they are selling anything, services, business cards,notices etc.
Gulfstream Villas has a tool shed with various items that are available for use by residents.
Gulfstream Improvement Issues
The following items should be addressed to improve the appearance of Gulfstream Villas.
1. Power wash & Paint Carport Floors.
2. Trim Oleanders.
3. Repair concrete sidewalks.
4. * Paint bare trim wood on 1772 B2-B4.
5. Power wash sidewalks.
6. Paint while electric switch boxes.
7. Mulch/Sod along 1772 sidewalk.
8. * Clean/Paint Phone cover Boxes (Green).
9. * Clean/Organize and Paint Tool Shed.
10. * Paint Blue water covers. Mulch and seed.
11. Common Garage cans.
12. Fix broken signs at 1771 D4.
13. Paint rear patio fences. (Those that need painting).
*Lets start with the "Low Hanging Fruit" that have an asterisk. Volunteers will be notified by signs posted on mailboxes.
